An amazing one night stay here pre cruise. Accommodation was comfortable and relaxing. Newly refurbished it seemed to be. The bar meal was piping hot, tasteful and well priced. Front of house Joyce was the right person in the right place and her welcome and pleasant attitude set the scene for an amazing one night stay. Highly recommend staying here

Was here for a training event and it was a great spot, big shout out to Colin who was so lovely and went over and above for us, he is a true gentleman, if you are staying here make sure to say hello to him. The food provided was great too especially the kale coleslaw

From where to start, plenty parking space, around everything you need from shops to cinema. Extremely attentive and friendly reception staff, did arrange for our family best stay and most comfortable and very welcome ! Breakfast area well organised and we get everything what we need, really enjoyed, than you for such a great stay for all Novotel team, and thank you Michelle from reception especially!

Lovely friendly staff at Novotel, they couldn't do enough for us. Excellent service with the food and drinks too. The rooms are a bit dated but they were spotless and the bed was very comfy. The only negative was that our room was next to the service room so it was quite noisy when staff were going in and out for supplies in the afternoon and morning. However, the amazing staff made our stay and we would definitely come back again!

Often stay in the area for work, lovely hotel, room and food all delicious and hot had fish n chips first night and club sandwich second night top marks to chef for quality food served perfectly (Im fussy as used to be a chef!) bar staff friendly and thanks for the gin conversation about the isle of wight coloured bottles! Breakfast team great too and breakfast standard was truly perfect. I am def coming back next month. Thanks guys!
